📋 Description

• Plasmidsaurus is on a mission to accelerate new cures and promote a healthier planet by unlocking a new level of productivity for scientists who use DNA tools to bring their ideas to life. • Our DNA sequencing tools are used daily by thousands of innovators, including Nobel prize winners, dynamic biotech startups, research labs, and DIY biohackers. • In 2024, we saved these scientists 2 million hours of time, radically accelerating their research. • You’ll play a critical role in executing our global partnerships strategy — helping to grow top-line revenue, extend market reach, and support scientific customers through aligned, trusted partners. • Support the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic and channel partnerships: sourcing, onboarding, enablement, and ongoing management • Help develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with international and domestic partners • Drive partner engagement and performance through clear communication, training, and metrics tracking • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and sales to ensure alignment and support partner success • Monitor partner pipeline, forecast impact, and contribute to revenue-driving initiatives • Provide feedback to product and leadership teams based on partner insights and market signals

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in partnerships, channel management, business development, or strategic account management — ideally in biotech, life sciences, or scientific services • Scientific fluency or experience working with researchers, labs, or genomics tools is strongly preferred • Excellent relationship management and communication skills • Proven ability to balance strategy and execution — you can think big and get in the weeds • Comfortable working across departments and with global partners • Highly organized, process-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment • CRM and productivity tool experience (HubSpot, Notion, Google Workspace, etc.)
