📋 Description

• Test online public-facing applications and phone systems in French for functionality, usability, and performance • Collaborate with development teams to identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies • Prepare test plans, test cases, and test scripts • Execute test cases and report results with improvement recommendations • Participate in team meetings about testing progress, challenges, and solutions • Stay updated with software testing best practices and emerging trends

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing • Previous CCaas call center phone system testing is required • Proficiency in French, both written and spoken • Good understanding of English • Experience with testing methodologies and tools • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
