• Conduct thorough testing of online applications and phone systems in French • Ensure functionality, usability, accuracy, and performance standards are met • Collaborate with development teams to identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies • Prepare detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts • Execute test cases and report results • Provide insights and recommendations for improvements • Participate in team meetings to discuss testing progress, challenges, and solutions • Stay updated with software-testing best practices and emerging trends
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing • Preferably experience in a bilingual French/English environment • Proficiency in French, written and spoken • Good understanding of English • Experience with testing methodologies and tools • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
