📋 Description

• Conduct current-state assessments and analyze business capabilities, processes, and challenges. • Gather, document, and validate business and stakeholder requirements. • Support the development of business architectures, business cases, and solution recommendations. • Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple workstreams to align business needs with program objectives. • Perform value analysis and prioritization to support decision-making and investment planning. • Contribute to business architecture deliverables, workshops, and strategic planning activities. • Support the identification and realization of business value throughout the program lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Business Architecture, Business Analysis, or related strategic transformation initiatives. • Proven experience conducting current-state assessments, requirements gathering, and business solution design. • Strong knowledge of Business Architecture principles, methodologies, and practices. • Experience with Value Analysis and Prioritization to support business case development and decision-making. • Working knowledge of Value Architecture and Value Realization concepts. • Strong analytical, facilitation, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Experience working in complex, cross-functional project or transformation environments.
