📋 Description

• Analyze program, operational, and solution data to identify trends, validate business outcomes, and support evidence-based decision-making • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, SMEs, and client stakeholders • Develop reports, dashboards, data models, and analytical products to improve service delivery, operational efficiency, and program outcomes • Support AI and data-driven initiatives through data quality management, metric development, and analytical insights • Perform data profiling, modelling, validation, and quality management activities • Translate complex data into actionable business insights and recommendations • Support program delivery within Agile or Scrum environments

🎯 Requirements

• Security Clearance: Reliability or higher is required at time of application • 5+ years of experience with data engineering, including data pipelines, data integration, transformation processes, and large datasets • Knowledge of data architecture principles, including data modelling, data flows, data storage solutions, governance, scalability, and maintainable data ecosystems • Experience using Generative AI, including AI concepts, tools, use cases, metric definition, and AI-driven initiatives • 2+ years of experience with SQL and database querying • Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization and reporting tools • Advanced Excel analysis/modelling • Data profiling, modelling, quality management, and validation • Statistical analysis and trend identification • Understanding of data governance and information management principles • Requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills • Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights • Experience working in Agile or Scrum delivery environments
