📋 Description

• Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring items are clearly defined, prioritized, and ready for execution. • Represent business and end-user needs, making prioritization decisions that maximize value delivered each PI. • Participate in sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies. • Review and accept completed work against defined acceptance criteria. • Use Oracle SQL to validate data outputs, assess request feasibility, and support prioritization decisions. • Collaborate with Business Analysts and technical leads to refine requirements, clarify acceptance criteria, and resolve gaps before development begins. • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate priorities and delivery status.

🎯 Requirements

• Current valid Reliability level Government of Canada security clearance, or higher • Oracle SQL – Intermediate proficiency required • Product Management – Advanced proficiency required • Product Development – Advanced proficiency required • Experience managing product backlogs, user stories, and prioritization within an Agile environment • Experience working closely with business stakeholders, Business Analysts, and technical teams • Ability to use data analysis and SQL queries to validate solutions and support product decisions.
