📋 Description

• Lead the strategy, development, and delivery of AI-powered products and solutions. • Work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and customers to define product vision. • Prioritize features and deliver scalable AI solutions that drive business value.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or AI Product Management. • Strong experience with Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Models (LLMs). • Hands-on knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI. • Proficiency in Python. • Experience with AWS AI services, including Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, and API Gateway. • Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering and prompt management. • Experience with Vector Databases (e.g., FAISS, PGVector, ChromaDB) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). • Knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, and DynamoDB. • Experience with Agile/Scrum, including backlog management, sprint planning, and writing user stories. • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. • Understanding of AI governance, model risk management, AI guardrails, and responsible AI practices. • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
