📋 Description

• Administer and maintain the program’s Azure DevOps environment, including project setup, team configuration, permissions, workflows, automations, and data quality standards • Develop and enhance delivery dashboards, reporting solutions, and automated data flows using Azure DevOps, Power BI, Power Automate, APIs, and queries • Support backlog management, sprint planning, and delivery tracking • Maintain the integrated program plan, schedules, work breakdown structures, milestones, delivery streams, and dependencies • Identify, analyze, track, and facilitate resolution of cross-workstream dependencies and schedule risks • Coordinate project activities, meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements • Maintain RAID logs and support mitigation, issue resolution, accountability, and escalation • Prepare project status reports, dashboards, governance materials, meeting documentation, and dependency reporting • Collaborate with business, technical, vendor, release, and workstream teams to monitor progress and deliverables • Develop process documentation, user guidance, and operating procedures; communicate complex delivery information as actionable insights

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced proficiency with Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint • Hands-on experience developing Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions, including data modeling, measures, visualizations, and integrations • Experience designing and building PowerApps, forms, agents, and workflow solutions • Strong capability in data integration and automation using Power Query, Dataverse, SharePoint Lists, ADO APIs, Power Automate, and agent-based workflows • Ability to translate Ways of Working requirements into dashboards, applications, reporting workflows, and data structures • Strong understanding of Azure DevOps delivery data structures, including work items, iterations, releases, milestones, dependencies, and status reporting • Experience owning and continuously improving reporting and automation solutions • Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, verbal communication, and executive-reporting skills • Proficiency using Excel for analysis, validation, and interim data management • Reliability Status security clearance or higher required at time of application
