• Support development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, work breakdown structures, and delivery milestones • Coordinate project activities, meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements • Document and track actions and decisions to completion • Maintain RAID logs and escalate concerns • Support mitigation activities • Prepare status reports, dashboards, meeting minutes, and governance materials • Collaborate with business, technical, and vendor teams to track deliverables and monitor progress • Manage decision logs and ensure decisions are recorded, communicated, and actioned • Own the program’s status reporting pack, RAID log, and decision register • Collect, validate, and synthesize inputs from active releases and workstreams for leadership and governance reporting
• Reliability Status security clearance or higher required at time of application • Secret clearance eligibility preferred • Experience producing executive-level status reports by consolidating multi-source inputs • Experience managing RAID logs, including risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, owners, due dates, escalation, and mitigation activities • Experience maintaining decision registers • Strong written communication skills • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel • Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools • Strong attention to detail • Ability to manage tight weekly reporting cadences • Strong stakeholder coordination skills • Ability to obtain inputs and maintain reporting discipline across business, technical, and vendor teams
