📋 Description

• Lead integrity and quality control implementation across the Social Security Solution • Identify integrity, compliance, operational, and business risks and translate them into business requirements, processes, and operational controls • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to support solution design and delivery • Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and lead stakeholder and client discussions • Prepare presentations and communicate recommendations to project teams and clients • Develop and recommend risk mitigation strategies, quality controls, and compliance measures • Contribute to continuous improvement of integrity, compliance, and quality practices • Work within a matrixed environment to negotiate and support complex solution outcomes • Partner with cross-functional teams to embed integrity and quality objectives throughout the solution lifecycle • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members • Support delivery of complex public sector and financial services solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Security Clearance: Reliability or higher is required at time of application • 3+ years of experience implementing citizen-facing public service case management solutions (Social Security, Social Services, Taxation, Customs, Grants, or similar) or banking/financial services solutions • Strong experience with business process design and requirements gathering • Experience with business process transformation, including complex case management implementation (multi-year) • Experience designing or implementing fraud, integrity or quality controls, compliance programs or similar • Risk management experience in a public service or financial services environment, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies • Experience working with cross-functional agile product teams • Experience preparing presentation materials and leading client discussions and stakeholder workshops • Experience working in a matrixed environment and negotiating complex solutions • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risks and translate them into actionable requirements, processes, and controls • Experience in business process transformation (Preferred) • Experience with complex, multi-year case management implementations (Preferred) • Experience with risk management, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies, in public sector or financial services environments (Preferred) • Experience working with cross-functional Agile product teams (Preferred)
