📋 Description

• Support delivery execution for a complex social services transformation • Coach, mentor, advise, facilitate, teach, and serve as a servant leader • Support implementation of Agile delivery culture • Improve velocity and ways of working • Provide hands-on support for team leads • Develop solutions to velocity problems and own their resolution • Implement governance controls and repeatable measurements • Support integrated planning, solution planning, estimation, prioritization, resource planning, release planning, and delivery team management
