📋 Description

• Design and implement processes for property management operations, sales, new services, and client-specific needs • Implement and test processes in workflow automation software • Analyze and improve process efficiency, task delegation, timelines, and automation opportunities • Optimize workflows according to PM Ops Standards, industry best practices, and client-specific requirements • Create, revise, and maintain SOPs for internal use and client engagements • Translate processes into visual diagrams using tools such as LucidChart • Ensure process quality, consistency, and reliable execution across custom scenarios and exceptions • Champion continuous process development and improvement • Collaborate with internal teams to promote efficiency and innovation • Evaluate emerging tools in the property management technology stack and recommend solutions for client engagements

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to conceptualize and design processes for core property management operations, Sales, new services, and client-specific needs • Ability to implement and test processes within workflow automation software • Strong understanding of workflow software processes and systems • Proficiency in workflow design and no-code process automation tools, especially Zapier • Experience with LeadSimple, Aptly, and Appfolio software preferred but not required • Comfort exploring and leveraging AI tools • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Aptitude for project management, including planning, execution, and documentation • Excited about the eating, drinking, & sleeping process :-)
