• Active acquisition of business customers in the structural shell / façade sector for our brands JORDAHL and H-BAU Technik • Management of existing customers such as construction companies, precast component manufacturers, specialist building material retailers, steel distributors, and elevator companies • Development of additional market potential, e.g., active sales of new products • Conducting research activities as part of projects • Customer support at trade fairs and exhibitions • Close cooperation with colleagues from consulting and application engineering, inside sales, and the costing/estimation department
• Completed technical or vocational (craft) training combined with commercial understanding, or equivalent qualifications • Several years of professional experience in the construction industry and in selling consulting-intensive structural shell products is desirable • Willingness to travel within your region and to trade fairs, etc. • Good experience using an ERP system, ideally ProAlpha • Strong customer and service orientation, good communication skills, and pronounced teamwork ability
