• Review and label clinical data for alignment and agreement • Assist with SME evaluation of annotations • Evaluate model results and perform complex human-data-intensive tasks • Provide PointClickCare subject matter expertise on clinical workflows as an EHR-documenting clinician • Resolve disputes and discrepancies among clinical subject matter experts regarding clinically labeled data • Interact with research, product, and other stakeholders to discover requirements • Educate technical and non-technical audiences about complex clinical aspects of AI solutions • Advocate for the quality and clinical accuracy of AI solutions • Collaborate with senior model development researchers, Product Leaders, and AI UXR/UXD researchers
🎯 Requirements
• RN or NP degree and valid current license • 7+ years of nursing experience • LTPAC and management experience preferred • Healthcare informatics knowledge or equivalent technical skills/background • Strong understanding of AI phenomena including hallucinations, omissions, LLM, NLP, and ML • Experience using PointClickCare products • Experience using data labeling software • Ability to perform extensive computer-based data manipulation for extended periods • Understanding of statistical measures supporting interannotator agreement • Ability to quickly master new software, concepts, technologies, and systems • Ability to differentiate nuanced clinical concepts into categories • Ability to engage SMEs and drive consensus across specialties and expertise levels • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
