📋 Description

• Analyze, advise, and sell personal lines insurance policies to customers • Handle an average of 150 inbound leads per month from motivated real-time car buyers • Navigate multiple carrier systems while preparing and cross-selling personalized quotes • Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers and clients • Close sales at a strong conversion rate from high inbound lead flow • Foster an unmatched customer experience at every touchpoint • Work assigned schedules, including evenings and Saturdays • Maintain productivity, quality, and performance standards • Complete four weeks of full-time training through live sessions and independent work

🎯 Requirements

• A valid Property and Casualty insurance license • 1+ year(s) of experience selling auto & home insurance in a call center • Experience selling multiple carriers and multiple state coverages • Persuasive; persistent and confident in closing a sale in fast paced setting • Excellent communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills • Self-initiative to continuously follow up with warm leads to drive deals to completion • Dedicated, distraction-free home workspace • Maintain availability during assigned work hours to meet call volume and service expectations • Adhere to assigned schedules, including evenings and Saturdays, based on business coverage needs • Meet established productivity, quality, and performance standards • Navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously while actively engaged with customers • Professional workspace/room with a dedicated desk • Reliable high-speed internet with wired connection from a major ISP; minimum 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload required • Experience with AMS360, PL Rater, and/or other rating tools preferred
