📋 Description

• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns for a leading e-commerce food brand based in the US. • Own paid acquisition performance across Google Ads + Meta Ads, with accountability for CAC and ROAS. • Launch, optimize, and scale paid campaigns (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, Meta Ads Manager). • Partner with content and website teams to create and test landing pages and ads weekly. • Monitor performance daily and make data-driven recommendations using Looker, GA4, and Meta Ads Manager.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. • 5+ years of hands-on paid media campaign management. • Deep fluency in Google Ads and Meta Ads (must have scaled spend on both platforms). • Advanced comfort with reporting and optimization in Looker, GA4, and Meta Ads Manager. • Strong analytical skills with a data-first mindset. • Independent operator with exceptional attention to detail. • Ability to work in US Pacific time zone, 40 hours per week
