📋 Description

• Develop end-to-end SMS strategy for a rotating group of customers • Create compelling SMS campaigns, automations and calls to action aligned with customers’ brand voice and vision • Develop advisory relationships with customers • Execute marketing best practices and develop innovative SMS marketing campaigns • Track, analyze and iterate on customer results • Help customers scale quickly and effectively on the Postscript platform • Establish SMS marketing best practices • Maintain expert-level knowledge of Postscript products, services and ecommerce marketing • Serve as a consultant for internal and external stakeholders • Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Customer Success teams • Brainstorm revenue-generating strategies directly with merchants

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years proven experience in the direct-to-consumer space • Strong knowledge of SMS, copywriting and best practices • Hands on experience with A/B testing and persuasive copywriting • Demonstrated experience in e-commerce and e-commerce marketing • Experience in a customer-facing role managing operator relationships and liaising with decision-makers and senior stakeholders when required • Skilled in streamlining workflows and managing complex processes • Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven, metrics-oriented mindset • Exceptional verbal and written communication • Passion for helping customers understand and execute ecommerce SMS strategy
