• Conduct needs assessments and translate leadership competencies and soft skills into clear, measurable learning objectives • Design scaffolded, microlearning-first learning solutions using modular, sequenced units • Develop eLearning content compatible with TalentLMS as SCORM 1.2 or xAPI packages • Produce videos and other short-format digital assets • Design live and virtual training decks and facilitator session materials • Facilitate live sessions when comfortable and available • Apply instructional design best practices across analysis, design, development, and evaluation • Build formative and summative assessments and evaluation approaches focused on behavior application • Ensure content is accessible, inclusive, and consistent with adult learning principles • Follow established brand and style guidelines across decks, videos, and eLearning content • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject-matter experts to validate content • Participate in HR leadership team review and approval cycles • Manage workback schedule and deliverables with regular check-ins • Deliver tested, functional SCORM 1.2 or xAPI-compliant microlearning modules in TalentLMS • Build a library of leadership microlearning videos • Produce facilitator-ready live training decks and session plans • Develop supporting assessment and evaluation materials
• 7+ years of experience in instructional design, with a strong portfolio in leadership development and/or soft skills training • Demonstrated experience designing microlearning and using scaffolding techniques to build skill progression • Hands-on experience building SCORM 1.2 or xAPI-compliant packages and working within an LMS • Ability to export and render content in SCORM 1.2 or xAPI format regardless of the authoring tool used • Strong grounding in adult learning theory and instructional design models, including ADDIE, SAM, and Bloom's taxonomy • Ability to design polished live-training and facilitator materials • Excellent written communication and content development skills • Comfortable working within an established brand and style guide • Strong project management skills and ability to work autonomously in a part-time, remote consulting capacity • Proficiency in English is required • Bilingual in English and Canadian French is a strong asset • ATD or equivalent instructional design certification, or a degree in instructional design, learning design, or a related field, is an asset • Experience with competency mapping and competency-based content architecture is an asset • Familiarity with accessibility and UDL standards in eLearning is an asset • Prior consulting experience with corporate clients on leadership or people-manager programs is an asset • Proficiency in additional languages, such as Greek, is an asset
