📋 Description

• Serve as main client point of contact and manage day-to-day client communication including strategic updates, workflow and approval updates • Manage cross-functional account teams to optimize efforts and provide strategic guidance • Develop integrated marketing plans and cross-channel performance forecasts and media plans • Identify strategic opportunities using data and analytics (first-party data, Google Analytics, Shopify) and translate learnings into actionable reporting • Maintain project management, adhere to scope of work, manage action items, and remove roadblocks to maintain forward momentum • Build strong client relationships, establish trust, and support client retention and contract renewals with Account Director • Manage client portfolios up to $175K in monthly recurring revenue and facilitate service expansions • Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes and utilize Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem • Support additional tasks and projects assigned by Client Services leadership as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced spoken and written English proficiency is required for this job • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication or related discipline • 3-5 years digital marketing experience • At least 2-3 years spearheading cross-channel marketing plans at scale and leveraging data in execution • Cross-channel account management experience required - at least 2 years • Advanced understanding of digital marketing and experience in earned media, paid media, owned media, attribution, reporting, optimization • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and/or other first-party reporting platforms (Shopify, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe, etc.) • Campaign leadership skills for end-to-end campaign development (strategy, segmentation, targeting) in a multi-channel environment • Strong relationship skills, strategic consulting skills and technical curiosity • Demonstrated history of excellent written and verbal executive communication • Highly dependable, self-starter with good organization and time management skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, collaborate across teams, and thrive in a fast-paced environment • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for problem-solving, continued learning, and personal growth
