• Lead efforts to achieve sales and pricing goals within designated areas of responsibility. • Direct commercial, sales, and technical support activities consistent with overall sales strategy. • Develop sales and effectively manage a dedicated sales force to meet and exceed targets. • Contribute to the development of the Strategic Sales Plan in terms of volumes, product mix, profit and distribution network. • Deliver sales and pricing as defined in the budget for the area, channel or segment in charge. • Negotiate trading terms with customers which meet volume and pricing goals. • Keep abreast of market and trade conditions and competitor activity to revise and develop strategies. • Ensure total customer satisfaction level (quality, technical and delivery time) in his area. • Lay down and manage a decisive and efficient sales and distribution organisation.
• Minimum 5 years sales and sales management experience • Negotiation skills • Sales planning skills • Business Intelligence analysis • Key Account and distributors management sales experience • Good MS Office knowledge.
