📋 Description

• The Opportunity • As a Senior Network Operations Associate, you will lead the design, deployment, and ongoing support of advanced network infrastructure. • Youll be responsible for resolving complex technical challenges and ensuring security, scalability, and efficiency in the network environment. • Key Responsibilities • Lead the architecture and implementation of enterprise network systems. • Perform in-depth troubleshooting and root cause analysis of critical issues. • Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning. • Design and implement secure, scalable networks across Data Center and Cloud. • Define and enforce QoS policies and routing best practices. • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development. • Lead cross-functional initiatives related to network operations and projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field. • 6 to 8 years of experience in designing and managing complex network environments. • Advanced knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF). • Expertise in managing VPN, VLAN, SDWAN, and MPLS technologies. • Deep experience with wireless LAN technologies (Cisco/Meraki/Aruba). • Strong background in load balancers and firewall systems (F5, FortiGate, etc.). • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Networking is a plus. • Excellent leadership, documentation, and communication skills. • Certifications: CCNP/CCIE highly preferred.
