📋 Description

• Lead and oversee ABA programs for children with autism • Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans • Provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Technicians (RBTs/BTs) • Collaborate with families to ensure skills carry over into everyday life • Keep things compliant and high-quality with clean documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required • Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities • Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills • Organized, proactive, and passionate about making a difference • Ability to travel to client locations as needed
