📋 Description

• responsible for managing and growing a book of business • management of associated account team(s) • set team direction ensuring the team has necessary resources • facilitate individual team member’s growth • Provide solid insights to strategic development process • Has or develop a deep familiarity with the client’s market • Develop and maintain senior-level relationships at multiple agency-of-record accounts • Touch base with senior-level clients regularly to ferret out any opportunities or issues early • Communicate comfortably and productively with any level of client at any time • Support the agency’s point of view at the highest levels of the client organization • Oversee the development and maintenance of financial documents • Report early and often on any changes to the financial picture • Identify and develop opportunities for organic growth and productivity • Review jobs supporting new strategies • Supervise account team members, communicating clear goals and providing timely feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • 7 years of agency experience • May require travel domestically and/or internationally including overnight stays
