📋 Description

• Develop, manage, and communicate project workflows for successful execution of client programs • Partner with Scientific Directors and Strategic Account Directors/Managers on operational execution • Provide visibility into timelines, milestones, resource needs, financial performance, and project status • Oversee project workflows and coordinate medical, legal, and regulatory review processes • Manage project documentation • Support financial tracking and invoicing activities • Serve as a primary client contact for project status updates, operational discussions, and financial communications • Ensure compliance with relevant client and industry requirements • Manage program logistics and coordinate vendor activities as needed • Guide and support Program Coordinators • Contribute to delivery of healthcare communications programs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • 1–3 years of project management experience within a pharmaceutical-related service business such as medical communications, healthcare advertising, sales training, or digital production • Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables in a deadline-driven environment • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Experience supporting project budgets, financial monitoring, invoicing, or resource planning activities • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project management tools • Ability and willingness to travel as required • Helpful: Experience managing Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review processes • Helpful: Knowledge of scientific publication planning processes and Datavision • Helpful: Experience working with vendors, meeting logistics, or event planning activities • Helpful: Previous experience coaching, training, or mentoring junior project management professionals
