• Serve as the primary patient contact throughout membership tiered scan scheduling and follow-up • Coordinate post-scheduling workflows with sales and clinical teams • Facilitate home lab draws through third-party providers and ensure timely results • Distribute additional reports, including body composition analysis, advanced heart health assessment, and brain volume quantification • Monitor patient progress and proactively address delays or issues • Manage Provider Education Program applications and guide participants through the process • Coordinate physician scans and follow-up consultations • Maintain the physician education program applicant database, milestones, and feedback • Liaise among patients, sales, and clinical teams • Provide preparation instructions, updates, and follow-up support • Address concerns, answer questions, and coordinate with stakeholders to maintain patient and physician satisfaction • Maintain confidentiality and compliance when handling patient and physician information
• Experience in patient coordination, healthcare operations, or clinical support roles, preferably in imaging, concierge medicine, or specialty healthcare • Strong organizational and project management skills • Excellent communication and relationship management skills with a patient-centric, service-oriented approach • Proficiency in CRM systems, scheduling platforms, and medical record systems • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, problem-solve, and anticipate patient and physician needs • Flexibility to adapt to evolving responsibilities • Experience working with sales and physician relations teams is a plus • Legally authorized to work in Canada at the time of hire • Must not require current or future employer sponsorship for a work visa • Successful completion of a background check
