📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end export operations from documentation and classification to carrier coordination and claims resolution • Ensure compliance with U.S. and foreign import/export regulations • Prepare customs invoices, commercial documentation, and shipping labels for export orders • Track shipments from origin to destination and maintain timely status updates for stakeholders • Run denied party and sanctions screening on every export • Create, file and resolve freight claims and disputes promptly • Quote international shipping fees, duties, and taxes for export orders • Coordinate daily with DHL, FedEx, UPS, freight forwarders and trade agents to secure capacity and competitive rates

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in global logistics, international shipping, supply chain operations, or related analytical roles • Strong working knowledge of U.S. export regulations (EAR, ITAR as applicable) • Hands-on experience tracking international shipments and working with freight forwarders and customs brokers • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or military service • Proficiency with business tools such as Excel • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple orders and priorities simultaneously • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
