📋 Description
• Lead delivery of cOS engagements with health system clients • Coach leaders on cOS standard work and daily management routines • Translate cOS methodology into behaviors that improve reliability and engagement • Ensure operationally sound and technology-enabled implementations • Partner with product, engineering, and analytics teams • Identify opportunities through workflow design and automation
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in healthcare operations, clinical transformation, performance improvement, or high-reliability environments • Deep experience across patient experience, employee experience, safety, and/or quality solutions • Tech-forward healthcare operator or implementation leader • Proven success implementing operational change in clinical settings • Strong systems thinking and communication skills • Bachelor’s degree required
