📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive intelligence, strategy, and impact measurement initiatives supporting Medical Affairs objectives across the product lifecycle • Develop impact measurement models, audience intelligence and analysis initiatives, and integrated data and insight foundations for strategy formation • Utilize Prime’s impact measurement methodology to develop models demonstrating how medical activities shape clinical practice, improve patient outcomes, and strengthen healthcare systems • Act as primary point of contact for clients, present insights, and foster strong partnerships • Ensure collaboration across medical communications, evidence, creative, and technical teams • Contribute to business development pitches • Operate mainly in Global and US markets

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, data analytics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred • Minimum of 6 years’ experience of strategic communications planning and/or strategy consulting within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry. Experience working on US domestic and Global programs preferred • Strong understanding of medical communications and regulatory requirements, particularly within the US market • Proven experience in big data strategy and analytics, in particular being able to link scientific objectives and behavior change • A high-level understanding of how innovative technologies can be used to design and execute omnichannel communication programs (e.g. AI, machine learning, next best action) • Formal training and/or experience in program evaluation methodologies (gained within or outside of healthcare) would be beneficial, but not essential
