📋 Description

• You will help build the TikTok Shop operationally • From shop setup and product listings to channel strategy, creator management, and sample coordination, up to creating short-form content yourself. • Research and outreach to suitable creators • Coordination of samples and briefings • Development of new video formats • Filming, producing, and testing simple product videos • You develop hooks, scripts, and content ideas • Implement them yourself or together with creators • Monitor trends and competitors • Use modern AI tools for faster content production • Build simple processes • Analyze content, creator, and channel performance and determine which videos, products, creators, and formats should be scaled.

🎯 Requirements

• You understand TikTok, Reels, and short-form content • You are excited about e-commerce, creators, growth, and content production • You work quickly, pragmatically, and independently • You can reach out to creators and follow up • You have a good sense for hooks, content ideas, and online trends • Experience with TikTok Shop, creator management, UGC, affiliate, Amazon, Shopify, or performance marketing is a plus • Important: You don’t just want to coordinate — you also want to create content yourself, produce simple product videos, test formats, and learn from them • Structured enough to coordinate shop, samples, creators, content, and reporting in parallel
