📋 Description

• Build relationships with consulting engineers, municipalities, agencies, and waterworks customers • Drive specification and approval of stormwater products on infrastructure projects • Support the Sales team with technical expertise, project reviews, and value engineering recommendations • Lead lunch and learns, technical presentations, and product training sessions • Identify upcoming stormwater projects and influence design decisions early • Partner with Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality to support successful project execution

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or similar) • 5+ years of engineering, stormwater, or technical sales experience preferred • PE license preferred (or in progress) • Confident communicator who can explain technical concepts clearly • Organized, self‑driven, and comfortable managing a territory • Willing to travel (up to ~50%)
