📋 Description

• Support the district sales team with project management, quoting, and customer service activities • Prepare customer quotations and cost estimates • Assist with pricing analysis and margin reviews • Track and maintain sales opportunities and quotation pipelines • Update project win and loss information and other sales performance metrics • Prepare bid documents and submittals for city, county, and commercial projects • Maintain pricing sheets and sales support documentation • Provide forecasting information and reporting to management • Serve as a point of contact for customers and prospects as needed • Support customer service and sales operations during periods of high demand • Collaborate with regional sales managers, engineers, operations teams, and customer service representatives • Participate in cross training and continuous improvement initiatives • Complete other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree in business, sales, marketing, construction management, or a related field preferred • Sales support, customer service, inside sales, estimating, quoting, or project coordination experience preferred • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent communication and relationship building skills • Ability to analyze data and make sound business recommendations • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, and Teams • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other ERP/CRM systems is a plus • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast paced environment • Strong problem solving and customer service skills
