📋 Description

• Download and reconcile daily transaction data from donation platforms to Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) or Nonprofit Cloud • Reconcile transactions from Springboard, GoFundMe Pro, Apple Pay, PayPal, credit card processors, and ACH integrations • Investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies, integration errors, and data-quality issues • Verify that donation and financial information is complete, accurate, and properly recorded • Document unresolved issues and coordinate with internal teams or external partners • Process donation data from individual donors and organizations • Review and interpret donor-provided information and correspondence related to programs, campaigns, and designated or specialty gifts • Apply established procedures to accurately code and record donations in Salesforce • Process donation batches timely to support monthly close deadlines • Support month-end close activities related to donation processing and reconciliation • Process and reconcile returns, refunds, chargebacks, and other transaction adjustments • Research account questions and transaction issues • Coordinate with other departments to obtain information and resolve discrepancies • Communicate findings and ensure issues are resolved accurately and timely • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree in Accounting or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred • 5+ years of accounting or account reconciliation experience • 2-5 years of data entry experience • Experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) or Nonprofit Cloud preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook • Strong reconciliation, research, and problem-solving skills • Demonstrated ability to enter, review, and reconcile data with a high degree of accuracy • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity • Proven ability to interpret donor instructions and apply established gift-processing procedures • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet daily processing and monthly close deadlines • Ability to handle donor and financial information with appropriate confidentiality • Legally eligible to work in the United States • Willing and able to work full-time remotely in the US • Willing and able to travel up to 5% • Willing and able to lift and move light objects up to 20 pounds • Commitment to Prison Fellowship's Christian beliefs and Statement of Faith
