📋 Description

• As a member of the Production team, you will support our clients with functional and technical questions related to the proALPHA ERP system. • You will work on varied topics in the production environment and actively shape your area of technical focus. • Through your analyses and close collaboration with customers and internal departments, you will ensure stable and efficient business processes. • There is also potential to develop into a team facilitator role over time.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree or vocational training in a technical or business-related field • Some experience with ERP software and customer support; interest in production processes • Technical aptitude, confident use of IT systems and modern software solutions, strong analytical skills • Service-oriented, structured working style, strong communication skills, self-initiative and enjoyment of varied tasks • Very good German language skills for confident communication with customers and internal teams; English skills are an advantage
