📋 Description

• Translate the CPO's product vision and growth objectives into clear execution strategies • Own the company roadmap and determine what products or features to build and when • Provide medium-term planning aligned with long-term company strategy • Drive coordination across product, design, engineering, marketing, operations, and customer success • Act as counterpart to the Engineering Leader • Lead a small team as a player-coach while owning personal product workstreams • Coach team members in the workflow and support their career growth • Foster a product culture focused on ownership, impact, measurement, and collaboration • Champion outcome-based product development focused on real customer problems • Ensure the roadmap reflects customer insight, data, and market dynamics • Build and refine product development processes and systems with engineering leadership • Establish scalable, repeatable processes for prioritization, execution, and measurement

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10+ years in product roles, ideally at a fast-growing SaaS or technology company • 2+ years managing product managers and designers • Experience owning and shipping multiple successful products at scale, not just features • Comfortable taking strategic direction and independently translating it into an executable roadmap • Track record of hands-on ownership • Experience influencing or leading cross-functional partners, even without formal authority • Early employee at a high-growth startup (preferred) • Familiarity with general manager structures and outcome-based accountability (preferred) • Experience in wholesale distribution or the trades (preferred) • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Must not require employment sponsorship now or in the future
