📋 Description

• Lead assigned projects from initiation through implementation and post-project review • Partner with stakeholders and leadership to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success measures • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, resource requirements, and communication plans • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects • Coordinate internal teams, vendors, consultants, and third-party partners • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation and contingency plans • Facilitate project meetings, drive issue resolution, and remove barriers • Manage project scope, change requests, budgets, and timelines • Prepare project status reports, presentations, recommendations, and executive-level updates • Conduct project evaluations and post-implementation reviews • Support organizational change management activities • Research industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices • Mentor and guide project team members and less experienced project professionals • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for project management processes, standards, and methodologies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field • Minimum of three (3) years of project management experience • Minimum of eight (8) years of related business, technology, systems, or operational experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices • Experience leading cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders • Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms • Experience managing project schedules, resources, risks, budgets, and deliverables • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills • Ability to influence and gain cooperation across diverse teams and organizational levels • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment • Permanent residency in Arizona or New Mexico is a condition of employment
