📋 Description

• Own and coordinate environmental compliance programs, focusing on packaging, electronics and battery recycling, waste management, and Extended Producer Responsibility requirements • Monitor changes in environmental legislation and coordinate implementation of new compliance requirements across the business • Coordinate environmental registrations, reporting, declarations, and regulatory submissions with external compliance providers and regulatory authorities • Maintain environmental compliance records, certifications, registrations, and supporting documentation • Support sustainability initiatives focused on waste reduction, recycling, and environmentally responsible business practices • Coordinate Health & Safety activities, including employee training, workplace inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations • Coordinate EHS-related purchase orders and invoices with the Finance team • Drive continuous improvement of environmental compliance and workplace safety processes • Support supplier quality administration for Stock Action Requests, Requests for Concession, and Environmental Health & Safety administrative activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational, Health & Safety sciences or related discipline • 3–5 years’ experience in an Environmental, Health and Safety position • Knowledge of environmental reporting systems and regulations • Experience coordinating Health & Safety training and workplace safety programs • Experience coordinating with regulatory agencies, consultants, and third-party compliance providers
