📋 Description

• Manage the full lifecycle of packaging projects for assigned clients • Monitor and communicate project milestones and progress to ensure on-time, on-budget execution • Partner across Brand Development to identify and resolve project issues • Oversee end-to-end packaging artwork workflow • Manage high-volume project timelines, planning, task management, priorities, and deadlines • Liaise between management, internal departments, and clients to troubleshoot problems and provide solutions • Coordinate artwork production and prepress, including pre-production calls • Translate client instructions into measurable communication for end users • Lead or participate in project meetings and manage action items • Manage projects and routing approvals in workflow tools • Develop and streamline workflow processes and optimize project organization • Set up projects and approvers, and onboard workflow-tool users • Create estimates and manage purchase orders • Verify technical and content accuracy of supplied artwork • Refine and enforce quality-control processes • Report production issues and support continuous improvement • Monitor color quality, timelines, and corrective actions • Build client relationships, anticipate needs, measure satisfaction, and identify business opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Microsoft Office experience required • Fully conversant with Adobe CS or Adobe certification is a plus • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational skills • Knowledge of artwork management systems • Able to work effectively and efficiently towards goals in a complex, diverse environment with multiple and changing demands • Comfortable with interacting with clients of all levels, printers and suppliers • Must be forward thinking and improvement driven • Entry level role; equivalent of 2-3 years of experience preferred • Previous experience in customer service and/or project management and/or Project Management Certification a plus • Experience in packaging, artwork, creative project management, print, production, design, art industry, pre-press, or color management theory beneficial • High School or better
