📋 Description

• Seek Independent Environmental Professionals nationwide with priority in the NYC Tri-state area, GA, SC, NC, northern CA, OR, and WA areas • Exposure to a wide variety of property types including residential, office, retail, hospitality, and warehouse/distribution buildings • Work with seasoned environmental scientists and geologists conducting and leading projects independently

🎯 Requirements

• Have minimum 5 years ENV experience and be considered as Environmental Professionals (EP) per ASTM 1527-21 • Performed over 300 Phase I EAs • Regulatory compliance • Current OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER training certification, asbestos inspector, and/or lead-based paint certification also a plus • A degree in environmental science, engineering or geology-related science as well as industry experience is recommended • Must have advanced technical writing skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office • Attention to detail • Resourcefulness and initiative • Ability to work independently and contribute to a team • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook • The ability to travel up to 30-40% of the time
