📋 Description
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and culture fit. • Prepare candidate summaries and recommendations for clients. • Ensure a consistent, structured evaluation process across all roles. • Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the process. • Ensure screened candidates are qualified and presented promptly to clients. • Partner closely with recruiters and account managers to align on hiring needs. • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve candidate quality and recruitment flow.
🎯 Requirements
• 2–4+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations. • Proven ability to conduct candidate screenings and interviews effectively. • Fluent English communication skills (C1 level or higher) — both written and spoken. • Strong communication skills and ability to evaluate both technical and soft skills. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks. • A proactive mindset—you don’t wait for instructions, you make things happen. • Experience working in fast-paced, startup or agency-style recruiting environments (bonus skill). • Familiarity with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, etc.) (bonus skill). • Prior experience supporting client-facing recruiting projects (bonus skill).
