• Act as Deal Owner, leading all strategic and tactical steps across the sales funnel • Develop a deep understanding fintech solutions (custom software, productized modules, licensing) • Drive new revenue by closing outsourcing, licensing, and outstaffing contracts globally • Manage the entire sales cycle — from initial outreach and discovery to contract signing • Collaborate with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Legal, and Delivery teams to ensure successful deal execution • Represent the company at international events, conferences, and client meetings • Build and maintain relationships with C-level stakeholders across fintech, payments, and banking sectors • Prepare tailored proposals and value-driven presentations for target clients • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and CRM data (HubSpot or equivalent) • Report to management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting
• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development in IT outsourcing, software services, or fintech • Proven record of closing high-value, multi-stakeholder deals • Solid understanding of digital banking, payment systems, wallets, and open banking • Knowledge of regulated fintech models (PI, EMI, PSP, VASP, MSB, etc.) • Ability to coordinate cross-functional pre-sales activities • Strong grasp of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills • Fluent English (C1–C2); experience in English-speaking markets preferred • Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)
