📋 Description

• Source and qualify new business opportunities in North America • Build and manage a client pipeline across multiple verticals • Proactively reach out to prospects via outbound email, calls, and social media • Coordinate discovery and qualification conversations • Partner with leadership to close deals • Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings • Drive market expansion by developing pipeline, generating new opportunities, and engaging with mid-market and enterprise prospects • Operate autonomously while proactively finding and closing opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 3-7 years of sales or BDM experience in consulting/services-led environments • Proven ability to prospect, engage, and qualify leads independently • Experience with selling technology services and managing negotiations with clients • Highly motivated, results-driven, and coachable • Comfortable working without detailed day-to-day supervision • Willing to travel for client meetings and events • Experience selling services/solutions such as consulting, technical services, or technology partnerships • Ability to work in an active, travel-friendly environment
