BotCity is a software platform that enables enterprises to build, orchestrate, govern, and scale automation based on code (notably Python) and computer vision. It provides a cloud orchestrator, developer tooling, session and infrastructure management, security and compliance features, and integrations with major cloud and office platforms to centralize governance and reduce risks from unmanaged scripts (Shadow Python). BotCity targets enterprise IT and automation teams, offering SaaS delivery, orchestration, observability (KPIs/insights), and support for deploying automations across VMs, containers and serverless environments.

📋 Description

• Lead discovery sessions and workshops with clients to gather, validate, and document business requirements, workflows, and processes • Map current and future processes, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities • Develop functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation for automation implementation • Liaise between client stakeholders and BotCity’s technical team • Maintain and improve the repository of business processes, workflows, and project documentation • Participate in testing activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on solution implementation • Support change management through training materials, process documentation, and handover guides • Monitor process performance metrics and post-implementation results, including time savings and error reduction • Contribute best practices, templates, and manuals for process mapping and analysis in Professional Services • Report to the Delivery Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field • 3+ years of experience as a business or process analyst • Experience with process mapping in SaaS, consulting, or automation projects • Experience using MS Office/Excel, Google Suite, and Notion • Portuguese – Fluent • English – Advanced • Ability to travel as needed to support events and meet the team • Experience supporting process improvement or digital transformation initiatives preferred • Familiarity with BotCity products preferred • Prior experience in an early-stage, high-growth, and fast-paced startup environment preferred • Familiarity with agile methodologies preferred • Spanish – Advanced preferred • Takes ownership and acts with a bias for action • Stays coachable and earns trust by seeking and acting on feedback • Puts the customer first while communicating proactively, clearly, and concisely
