• Collaboration with Functional Teams: Work closely with functional teams to gather requirements and ensure that technical solutions meet business objectives. • Assist with resolution of support tickets utilizing development tools. • Assist with in estimating the development time to meet functional requirements. • Translate functional requirements into technical tasks, coordinating with developers to ensure successful execution. • Serve as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication. • Development: Work with the development team, ensuring best practices for software development, including modularization, dependency management, and scalability. • Work with developers in on production standards, deployment practices, and business needs. • Build and support SageX3 customization, and integrations. • Support the consulting team in resolving customer issues. • Support the development, validation and delivery of customizations and integrations to customers. • Participate in code reviews, to ensure code quality, and ensure adherence to business and technical standards. • Project Management and Resource Allocation: Manage project timelines, phases, and resource allocation to ensure the successful delivery of projects. • Track progress across all stages of the project lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment. • Balance time and resource constraints while delivering high-quality software that aligns with business goals. • Ensure clear communication and alignment between development teams and other stakeholders, such as customers and internal team. • Sage X3 Development: Work with Sage X3 development tool set enhance SageX3 to meet customer requirements. • Collaborate with Sage X3 experts to ensure the successful integration of ERP and other solutions. • Work with the SageX3 development platform including screens, windows, objects, class, representations, scripts, activity codes. • Support the team in code review and troubleshooting.
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, Statistics or another computer-related field is required. • ERP system experience is required, Sage X3 is a plus. • Experience with managing development projects in GitHub. • Experience in web security, including OAuth and ASP.NET authentication middleware. • Proven ability to manage dependencies, modularization, and scalability in production-grade software. • Experience in managing project phases, timelines, and resource allocation. • Experience with Integrations using SOAP, REST, GraphQL APIs and SFTP • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies for managing development processes. • Debugging, troubleshooting, scoping, development life cycle.
