📋 Description

• Conduct business analysis for various business platforms • Prepare and present parts of written client status reports • Complete analysis on large data sets • Develop competency in federal and state policy, specifically federal funding requirements • Assist with implementation of major project phases or tasks • Participate on proposal writing teams, including writing and coordinating submissions • Assist with preparation of written reports, major deliverables, and other client materials • Collect and enter project-related data • Assist in development and maintenance of project budgets and prepare client invoices • Support customer service functions for clients, including phone lines and email inboxes • Learn use and operation of proprietary PCG software products • Communicate issues and recommendations to project leaders and software development teams • Coordinate project requirements and client expectations • Respond to client inquiries • Other responsibilities as necessary

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required • 1-3 years of relevant work experience in consulting, IT or other relevant field • Strong interpersonal, organizational, research, presentation, time management, problem-solving, and oral and written communication skills • Detail-oriented problem-solving approach to business and technical issues • Flexibility and willingness to embrace change • Self-starter possessing intellectual curiosity • Enthusiasm for lifelong learning and staying well-informed about current industry issues • Commitment to deliver exceptional client service • Strong analytical skills, including ability to review IT systems and analyze policy and legislation • Ability to work both in a team situation and autonomously • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel • PMI certifications a plus • PCG does not sponsor newly hired foreign national workers for work authorization, including H-1B sponsorship
