📋 Description

• Review business operations for service and efficiency improvements • Evaluate programs and make recommendations for improvements • Analyze and interpret federal and state law and regulation • Assess best practices and provide technical assistance to clients • Manage projects, staff, and tasks with limited supervision • Facilitate client discussions • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members • Manage daily project functions and client interaction • Participate in sales motions related to the practice • Lead proposal writing teams and prepare proposal submissions • Prepare written reports and materials for clients • Identify potential add-on and new business sales opportunities • Learn and operate proprietary PCG software products • Supervise Business Analysts • Travel as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years’ experience required • 3-5 years of relevant work experience • Master’s degree (MPA or government focused MBA) preferred • Detail-oriented problem solving approach to business and technical issues • Strong analytical skills, including ability to learn new software systems and analyze policy and legislation • Ability to work in a team and autonomously in a fast-paced environment with changing demands • Ability to work within identified timelines based on project needs • Understanding of service delivery systems for programs administered by states and monitored by federal regulators • Expertise in complex federal regulations and requirements • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint • Sound judgment and ability to seek guidance when needed • Attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets accurately • Ability to move projects forward within timelines and budgets • Commitment to exceptional client service • Creative problem-solving ability and consultancy mindset • Ability to interact with management levels and clients • Excellent business writing and presentation skills • PCG does not sponsor newly hired foreign national workers for work authorization, including H-1B sponsorship
