📋 Description

• Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday functionality across Benefits, Compensation, Reporting, Integrations, and other HCM areas • Configure and maintain Workday business processes, organizations, condition rules, validations, notifications, eligibility rules, and security • Gather and document requirements and translate business needs into Workday solutions • Evaluate requests and recommend solutions aligned with Workday functionality and organizational standards • Analyze configurations and processes for optimization, automation, simplification, and improved experiences • Troubleshoot complex configuration, business process, security, integration, and data issues; perform root-cause analysis • Assess cross-functional and downstream impacts of changes • Maintain, monitor, troubleshoot, test, and enhance Workday integrations • Partner with technical teams, vendors, and third-party providers to resolve system and data issues • Support enhancements from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, testing, and production deployment • Develop and execute unit, regression, and user acceptance testing • Participate in Workday release reviews and recommend adoption and optimization opportunities • Work within an established three-week sprint cycle • Maintain documentation of requirements, configurations, testing, processes, and changes • Serve as a senior Workday resource and trusted advisor • Support Workday reporting, including reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and related functionality • Collaborate with HRIS and cross-functional partners to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience in an HRIS, Workday Analyst, Workday Consultant, or similar role • Demonstrated experience configuring and supporting Workday Benefits, Compensation and VNDLY • Experience supporting Workday integrations using EIBs, Core Connectors, Web Services/APIs, Workday Studio, or similar technologies • Workday reporting experience, including Advanced or Matrix reports, calculated fields, dashboards, Discovery Boards, or related functionality • Strong understanding of Workday HCM, business processes, and core HR functionality • Experience configuring business processes, condition rules, validations, notifications, eligibility rules, and organizations • Ability to troubleshoot complex Workday configuration, business process, integration, security, and data issues • Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into Workday solutions • Experience supporting system enhancements, testing, releases, and production deployments • Ability to assess impacts of system and configuration changes across functional areas and downstream processes • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills • Ability to independently research issues, identify root causes, evaluate alternatives, and recommend solutions • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently • Bachelor’s degree in technology/HRIS or related field or equivalent experience required • PCG does not sponsor newly hired foreign national workers for work authorization, including H-1B sponsorship
