• Support specialist to cover round the clock operations. • Provide real time live chat, ticket based and voice support. • Onboarding and setting up new accounts. • Monitoring accounts to ensure customer satisfaction. • Advocating customers’ requests and needs across the company. • Educating customers about new features and functionality. • Contributing to the Help Center.

🎯 Requirements
