📋 Description

• Build and strengthen long-term relationships with new and existing clients. • Identify and pursue business opportunities to grow our customer base, including developers, EPCs, distributors, and large-scale installers. • Act as a strategic advisor: understand customer needs, translate them into tailored solutions, and develop value-driven proposals. • Negotiate and close deals that create sustainable, mutual long-term value. • Work closely with colleagues in the Netherlands and regional peers to ensure alignment and share knowledge. • Monitor market trends, local regulations, and competitor activity — and convert insights into commercial opportunities. • Represent the company at PV industry trade shows and events to build relationships with potential clients and partners. • Position PVO as the preferred full-service solar partner in the German market.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience at a trading or distribution company. • Experience in the solar industry is an advantage. • Excellent communicator and relationship builder — trustworthy, proactive, and professional. • Native-level fluency in German and working-level English (for internal communication). • Willingness and ability to travel within the region. • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a collaborative approach. • Consistently respectful and professional demeanor in all interactions.
