📋 Description

• Own the product roadmap for Redzone’s Integration Platform and Redzone Analytics • Set priorities, sequence delivery, and ensure both products deliver reliable, scalable customer value • Run Horizon 3 as an investment portfolio, managing 3–5 innovation spikes per year • Pioneer visual and physical AI for production efficiency, quality loss, changeover, downtime, and co-bot collaboration • Convert successful innovation spikes into scaled core products • Build handoff discipline to move winning Horizon 3 initiatives into the core roadmap • Lead engineering talent and build teams that deliver the roadmap while operating an innovation lab • Operate across Horizon 3 ambiguity and defend Horizon 1 roadmap commitments

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of IT/OT innovation experience in manufacturing • Track record of shipping technology that changed how plants run • Deep, hands-on experience with QAD, SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, and Infor ERP systems • Experience across MES, WMS, and connected worker platforms and their plant-floor integrations • Proven experience leading both product and engineering teams • Direct experience building or deploying computer vision or physical AI in industrial or production environments • Working knowledge of predictive maintenance and machine health, including sensor data, IoT, and failure prediction models • Familiarity with world models, digital twins, or simulation for operational or industrial systems • Ability to run an innovation portfolio by setting hypotheses, quickly ending unsuccessful bets, and scaling successful ones • Executive presence in ambiguous innovation environments and roadmap commitment settings • Pragmatic, execution-oriented operating style
