📋 Description

• Answer inbound phone calls to help individuals understand coverage and select appropriate products and services • Make outbound follow-up calls to customers • Demonstrate compassion when assisting individuals • Build customer relationships and earn loyalty and trust • Assist with application workflow for Medicare consideration • Answer policy-related questions • Work independently and adhere to an assigned schedule • Maintain a professional attitude in a fast-paced environment

🎯 Requirements

• Must live in the State of Alabama • Active Health or Health & Life Insurance License in the state of residence • At least one year of previous sales experience, preferably in insurance sales under 65 • Secure compliant enrollment into an appropriate medical plan • Proven oral and written communication skills • Comfort with desktop computer systems • Ability to type at least 35 wpm with 90% accuracy • At least 18 years of age or older • High School Diploma or GED • Desktop or laptop compatible with Windows 11; Apple/Mac, tablets, smart devices, Windows Mini PCs, Chromebooks, and Android systems are not compatible • Computer with at least 8GB of RAM and an i3 4th-generation processor or better • Second computer monitor • USB headset with noise-canceling microphone; 3.5 mm and gaming-style headsets are not approved • High-speed internet through a wired Ethernet connection; Wi-Fi, satellite, hotspot, and mobile broadband connections are not allowed • Internet upload speed of 25 Mbps and download speed of 50 Mbps • ISP stability with 1% or less packet loss • Latency under 100 ms • Available cell phone or tablet meeting Android 8.0+ or iOS 14+ requirements • Must install the Microsoft Authenticator MFA application required by Qualfon IT
